MSI Current Limiting Reactor

Current Limiting Reactors

A Current Limiting Reactor (CLR) is commonly used in the primary circuit of an electrostatic precipitator’s TR set. Electrostatic precipitators are used for pollution control in paper mills, power plants, and even restaurants. Magnetic Specialties can design and manufacture single and multi-tap CLRs for a variety of line frequencies including 400 Hz operation.
